And In Re : Gumani Sekh @ Gumani Sk. ..... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes Mr. Mounick Ghosh ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Mainak Gupta ... for the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents i.e. seizure list showing recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 15 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
