The wife seeks transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 82 of 2021 which is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Tehatta, Nadia to any court of competent jurisdiction at Chinsurah. It is submitted that it is difficult for the wife to travel more than 130 kms., each way to attend the court.

Learned advocate for the husband submits that the husband is a government employee and it would be difficult for him to travel an equally long distance, by taking leave on a regular basis. Considering the convenience and inconvenience of the respective parties, this court directs the learned District Judge, Tehatta, Nadia to withdraw the Matrimonial Suit No. 82 of 2021, presently pending in the court of learned Additional

District Judge, Tehatta, Nadia and to assign the same to any court of competent jurisdiction at Kalyani.

The learned transferee court is directed to issue notices upon the parties, after receiving the records and proceed with the matrimonial suit and dispose of the same in accordance with law and expeditiously.

The revisional applications are accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
