Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

By presenting this writ petition petitioner has prayed for registering FIR based on the complaint lodged.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner has approached jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of BNSS 2023 and the application is pending.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has submitted that next date is fixed on 30th June, 2026 for hearing of the application under Section 175(3) before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

Since petitioner has availed alternative remedy by approaching jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to pursue the remedy under Section 175(3).
