Abhijit Halder v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
08-09-2021 ct no. 05 Sl. 23 Sayandeep W.P.A. 12363 of 2021 Abhijit Haldar -VersusThe State of West Bengal & Ors.
(Via Video Conference) Mr. Satyajit Mondal Mr. Ratul Ghosh ...for the petitioner Ms. Chama Mukherjee Mr. Siraj Goopta ... for the State Mr. Ratul Biswas ...... for the Board Mr. V.P. Vaisya Mr. Gourav Das .... For the respondent No. 5 Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is kept on record.
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was permitted to participate in the interview held on 27th October, 2016 by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for preparation of panel for the post of Assistant Teacher in primary school but no result was published. Challenging the failure on the part of the concerned respondent authorities to publish the result of the writ petitioner with regard to his participation in the interview on 27th October, 2016, the writ petition being WP 2904(w) of 2019 (Abhijit Halder vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) was filed which was dismissed by a
coordinate Bench by passing an order date 21st February, 2019. The writ petitioner being aggrieved by the said order of the coordinate Bench dated 21st February, 2019 preferred an intra Court appeal being MAT 1008 of 2019 before the Division Bench which was withdrawn by the writ petitioner/ appellant. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench dated 9th December, 2019 whereby the appeal and the connection applications were dismissed as not being pressed, there is nothing remains to be decided by this Court today at this stage with regard to the selection process which was conducted in the year 2016 and the same was finally concluded as observed by the coordinate Bench in the order dated 21st February, 2019.
The writ petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
