No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 1545 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Raiganj Police Station Case No. 833 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Charge-sheet has already been submitted being Charge Sheet No.1023 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Jaynul Haque @ Kamal Hosen @ Jaynul Hoque ...... petitioner Mr. Koushik Choudhury, Ms. Busra Khatun ....for the petitioner Mr. Partha Pratim Das, Mr. Debarshi Brahma ....for the State Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Eye-witnesses named the petitioner before us as being involved in the incident of murder.

Notwithstanding the police filing charge-sheet, considering the materials in the Case Diary, gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner as transpiring therefrom, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
