In re : Maruf Sk., ... Petitioner Mr. Mounick Ghosh, ... for the petitioner By filing this revisional application, the petitioner seeks to implement the order dated April 16, 2021, passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Malda, whereby the learned Judge directed the Officer-in-Charge, of Kaliachak Police Station, to submit the relevant CC TV footage before the Court by April 30, 2021.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the said order being passed, the same has not been implemented, and the State, on repeated occasions has delayed the production of the same by seeking adjournments.

This revisional application in view of the aforesaid facts is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Judge in the Court below for taking necessary steps for implementation of the order dated April 16, 2021, without any unnecessary delay.

In the event, the report is not submitted by the concerned Officer-in-Charge, the learned Judge in the Court below will pass consequential orders as he deems fit and proper. With these observations, the revisional application being C.R.R. 1506 of 2021 is disposed of.
