Inspector-in-charge, Bishnupur Police Station, Diamond Harbour Police District has filed a report dated 6th December, 2022. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that in respect of FIR No. 878 of 2013 dated 31.12.2013, investigation has been completed and final report being Bishnupur Police Station F.R. No. 242 of 2014 dated 30th April, 2014 as mistakes of fact, has been filed.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
