This is the fourth attempt to obtain bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws attention of this Court the materials in the case diary and submits that the petitioner dealt the fatal blow. Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material chance in circumstance from the earlier order of rejection of bail, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. No. 4928 of 2021 is rejected.
