Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his complaint dated 05.04.2024 was not addressed by the police authorities inspite of the order passed by court of law.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities after initiation of the case being Haroa Police Station Case No. 101/23 dated 13.03.2023, after completion of investigation, has already submitted charge sheet before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that the police authorities have charged the private respondents under section 341/323/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the

petitioner primarily has approached this court has been subserved.

Learned advocate for the state has also informed the court that the police authorities have informed all the private respondents including other parties regarding the order passed by the learned civil court.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioners that he is being harassed at the behest of the private respondents, I direct that the police authorities would continue to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place in respect of the subject matter of the property referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12191 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
