1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Witnesses stated before the Magistrate, they saw the petitioner prior to the incident. Petitioner made extra-judicial confession. Victim had been strangulated to death. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
