By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the summons dated 4th May, 2023 and by way of supplementary affidavit the summons dated 19th May, 2023. Since the time to comply the impugned summons have already expired, at present there could not be any cause of action for invoking constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 11375 of 2023 is dismissed.
