Pursuant to the earlier direction passed by a 05.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.12 Rakib Coordinate Bench report has been submitted along with the Case Dairy being produced by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State. A second post-mortem report along with other test report which have been conducted pursuant to the direction passed have also been submitted in the form of a report. In view of the police authorities complying with the earlier order and it has been submitted that the investigation is at the fag end, I direct the police authorities would take steps for submitting their report under Section 173 or under Section 193 of the BNSS before the Jurisdictional Court.

Petitioner is aggrieved, she would be at liberty to pray for all the documents relied upon by the prosecution in arriving at its conclusion and would thereafter exhaust the statutory remedies available before the Jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12130 of 2024 is disposed of.

Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
