It is further submitted that they renew their prayer for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim resulting in his death and as prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on merit.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected. Court below is directed to commit the case at the earliest and in the event the commitment is made, trial court shall take all necessary steps to take the proceeding to its logical

conclusion without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
