Statement of witnesses including suicide note implicats the petitioner in the abetment of suicide of the victim. His prayer for bail was rejected in April, 2022 and there is no substantial change in circumstances since then. In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
