Special Civil Jurisdiction (Contempt) Appellate Side CPAN 1807 of 2024 In WPA 12227 of 2024 Dinanath Choubey versus Nasrin Bari, The Certificate Officer, Howrah Mr. Rananeesh Guha Thakurta, ....for the Applicant Mr. Bipin Ghosh ....for the alleged contemnor In terms of the order dated 20th December, 2024, the alleged contemnor being the Certificate Officer, Howrah has computed the interest component and has provided the petitioner with a copy thereof.

A copy of such computation communicated to the petitioner by a letter dated 31st December, 2024 placed before this Court, is taken on record.

It is submitted by the alleged contemnor that the employer, namely Tepcon International (India Ltd.), an Unit of Shree Hanuman Jute Mills, on being communicated about the interest component payable to the petitioner by a letter dated 8th January, 2024 has sought for one month (30 days) more for clearing compound interest component. The letter dated 8th January, 2024 is taken on record.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this matter is adjourned and shall appear on 7th March, 2025.
