1. Petitioner contends he had not been put up for TI parade during investigation. He has been falsely implicated. Trial is in progress. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Two elderly ladies were murdered and their ornaments were stolen. Some of the stolen articles were recovered from co-accused Golu Sharma. During trial witnesses identified the petitioner as an associate of Golu Sharma. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

6. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
