It is also submitted that victims have been examined. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accused Bishal Verma had committed forcible rape on a number of occasions. Though victims have been examined in view of the nature and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without giving unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Copy of the order be communicated to the trial court for necessary compliance.
