Ms. Trina Mitra ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had participated in the assault resulting in the death of the victim. Victim had suffered number of injuries as would appear from the post mortem report. In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
