And In Re : Mihir Gure ..... petitioner Ms. Manashi Roy ... for the petitioner Mr. Binoy Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim who was hospitalised for eleven days, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
