The alleged contemnor, Mr. Bipin Kumar Singh, is personally present before this Court.

An affidavit-of-compliance has been filed.

Annexed thereto is the letter dated 24th September, 2024 issued by the DPO-I, Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, East Central Railway, Dhanbad.

By the said letter, the petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground by the East Central Railway, Dhanbad.

This Court confirms the appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner shall join to the Office of Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, East Central Railway, Dhanbad on 30th September, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.

In view of the above, the suspension of Mr. Bipin Kumar Singh, General Manager (P), East Central Railway, Hazipur vide order dated 20th September, 2024 shall stand revoked. He may join duties and discharge the same in the usual course. The period of suspension of the alleged contemnor under order of this Court shall be treated as spent on duty. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.C.R.C. No. 78 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

Re: CAN 2 of 2024 8.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 20th September, 2024 passed by this Court.

In view of the disposal of the contempt application, no further order needs be passed on this application and the same is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

There will be no order as to costs.

11.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
