2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner-KMC that the suit property has already been sold by the sole owner, who is the present opposite party in the present proceeding. It is also submitted that the new purchaser has already paid the entire amount as assessed in the order under challenge.

3. For the aforesaid reason, the revisional application has become infructuous.

4. On the aforesaid circumstances, CO 1814 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly.
