1. The petitioner alleges that the water tank under the PWSS Scheme has been shifted to a private land instead of a government land. Learned counsel representing the State pointed out that initially a survey was conducted and a scheme was to be implemented partially in government land and partially in private land. Thereafter, a re-survey was conducted and the land belonged to the Irrigation Department has to be chosen as the appropriate place for implementation of the said scheme. In any event, these are all matters which are to be left to the authorities to take a decision, if government land is available, then the same shall be utilized for the purpose of implementation of the said scheme.

2. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
