Petitioner submits there is little progress in the matter since rejection of bail by this Court. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits date has been fixed for appointment of Public Prosecutor.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Thereafter, matter has been committed to Court of Sessions and date has been fixed for appointment of Public Prosecutor. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
