This is an application for restoration of FMA 1163 of 2024, which was dismissed for default on May 16, 2025, along with the connected application.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, we are satisfied with the explanation furnished for absence of learned advocate for the appellant on the day the matter was dismissed for default. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated May 16, 2025, is recalled.

FMA 1163 of 2024 is restored to its original file and number along with CAN 2 of 2024.

CAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7.

The interim order that was in operation prior to dismissal of the appeal shall stand restored. 8.

Let the appeal be listed immediately after the puja vacation.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
