Roy .... for the West Bengal Information Commission The present writ petition has been preferred challenging the order of the first appellate authority under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 dated 22.04.2022.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the appellate authority has recalled the order dated 22.04.2022 by the subsequent orders dated 1st April, 2024 and 24th April, 2025. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the appeal vide Nos. 1744 of 2021, 1937 of 2021 and 2554 of 2021 which are the subject matters of the present writ petition, have already been disposed of.

In view of such submission advanced by the learned advocate representing the petitioners, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of as infructuous. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
