1. The learned advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though a reasoned order has been passed by the alleged contemnor, the petitioner reserves her rights to challenge the same.

3. Be that as it may, it is an admitted position, as it appears from the submission of counsel, that the order of this Court has been complied with, rendering the contempt application infructuous.

4. Accordingly, CPAN 787 of 2024 is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order passed by the alleged contemnor, if aggrieved by the same, by way of a properly constituted challenge.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
