Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking, inter alia, directions upon the Respondent Bank to defreeze the current account maintained by Petitioner No. 1 Company and to permit operation thereof by the newly inducted Directors of the Company. It is the contention of the Respondent Bank that they declined to permit operation of the said account on the ground that the corresponding changes in directorship had not yet been reflected in the MCA records. 3.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 in the outset submits that the MCA portal has been updated and that adequate steps shall be taken to unfreeze the Petitioner's account in accordance with law within a period of one week from date.

In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
