Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a love relationship between the petitioner and the victim girl. The complaint is the result of such relationship going sour. He submits that since the Police filed charge-sheet, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 of the victim and to the medical report.

Considering the materials in the Case Diary and the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and considering the medical report and the age of the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 4953 of 2021 is rejected.
