The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are disturbing the possession in respect of a land over which he has title.

Admittedly, Title Suit No. 206 of 2021 is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, in which injunction has been ordered.

The police shall comply with any specific order on them issued by the Civil Court.

Inspector-in-charge, Canning Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
