The instant revisional application has been filed being aggrieved by an order dated 5.8.2010 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip in Case No. M 138 of 2009 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs 750/- per month to the opposite party no. 2.

This court finds that the impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or impropriety and as such this court is not inclined to interfere with the same and accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. ( Ananya Bandyopadhyay,J. )
