Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the writ petition.

However, learned advocate for the State points out by referring to the report prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Sealdah GRPS that the prayer of the petitioner in respect of departmental proceedings sought for in the writ petition has been complied with.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps pursuant to the information so furnished and addressed the grievance of the petitioner, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, WPA 11194 of 2025 is disposed of.

Petitioner, if he is aggrieved on fresh grounds would approach this Court.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
