It appears that investigation has been completed albeit with some delay. FRF No. 63 o 2023 dated 27.03.2023 has been filed before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat.

This Court directs the I. C., New Town Police Station to bear in mind that delay should not occur in complying with the orders of Court.

The petitioner shall be entitled to file Naraji petition in respect of the final report in accordance with law.

Contempt application is disposed of.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
