Mr. Panda, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, submits that the appellate authority has recalled the order dated 22.04.2022 by subsequent orders dated 1st April, 2024 and 24th April, 2025. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that Appeal No. 2018 of 2021, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, has already been disposed of. The documents produced by Mr. Panda, learned advocate, are taken on record.

In view of the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
