The petitioner seeks a direction upon the bank to defreeze an account maintained by the petitioner with the bank. Learned Advocate for the bank submits that the respondent no.9 requested the account to be frozen. Pursuant to such request, the bank did so.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no.9 submits that her client is not objecting to the account being made operational.

State is represented.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the bank to operationalise the account of the petitioner upon receipt of a 'no objection' from the respondent no.9 to such effect, in writing.

WPA 11941 of 2021 is disposed of without order as to costs.
