Bandyopadhyay, Learned Advocate representing the alleged contemnors files the Affidavit-ofCompliance. It appears therefrom that the petitioner has received his entire dues on account of arrear salary, arrear pension and gratuity as per the calculation of the petitioner which is appearing at Page-5 of the Affidavit-ofCompliance. The petitioner is not denying the fact that the dues have been paid by the Municipality. The said affidavit also records that the regular pension of the petitioner has also started in terms of the Memo dated April 13, 2022.

Therefore, the order passed by this Court on March 19, 2022 is complied with. In view thereof, the contempt

proceedings being CPAN 505 of 2021 is dropped after accepting the Affidavit-of-Compliance.

CPAN 505 of 2021 stands accordingly disposed of. Affidavit-of-Compliance filed in Court today be retained with the record.
