1. Considering the materials available in the case diary including the seizure list which shows the seizure of contraband from the shop room belonging to the present petitioner, it cannot be said that the only material available against the petitioner is the statement of a coaccused.

2. In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary as discussed above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
