1. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim alleging that the victim was sold to the friend of the petitioner and was sexually exploited with the consent of the present petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained absconding for a long time, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.

3. Considering the fact that the investigation has not been concluded yet, I direct the investigation to be further conducted by the CID.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
