With the consent, finally heard and during the course of hearing learned counsel for the parties reached to a Conesus that it is agreed that the District Magistrate, Bankura may be directed to decide the petitioner's pending representation dated 10th April, 2025 annexure P7 within a stipulated time.

In view of consensus arrived at the petition is disposed of with following directions a) the petitioner shall resubmit the representation dated 10th April, 2025 annexure P7 along with copy of this order before the District Magistrage, Bankura within ten days from today.

B) in turn learned District Magistrate, Bankura look into the grievance of the petitioner put forth in the representation dated 10th April,

2025 and decide to same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within 30 days therefrom in accordance with law.

If necessary, the District Magistrate may afford opportunity of hearing to the persons interested.

5.

In view the outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion of this Court.
