1. Heard the lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits in December 2023. Thereafter bail prayer of co-accused was rejected in January and February 2024.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
