We have considered the materials on record including statements of eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which show petitioners had assaulted the victim with sharp cutting weapon resulting in his death. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
