Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner and co-accused in the offence of gang rape. Bail prayer of the petitioner and coaccused have been repeatedly rejected by this Court on merits. We find no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
