State has submitted a report which reflects that pursuant to the complaint received, Rajabagan PS Case No.

dated 17.06.2025 has been registered for investigation.

The investigation of the said case is in progress and both the parties have also

been directed to maintain peace and tranquility.

Having regard to the steps taken by the police authorities and the case being registered, I direct the petitioner to ventilate his further grievances, if any, before the appropriate Court of law.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.4 is present.

Since further issues are not being dealt with by this court, the denial of the private respondents in respect of the incidents which have been complained of, at this stage, in my opinion, cannot be taken into consideration. However, the respondent(s) would be at liberty to canvass such issues before the learned jurisdictional court which is in seisin of the criminal case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11283 of 2025 is disposed of.

also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
