C.O. 1331 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Kolkata to take steps immediately for allotting a permanent number to the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act immediately, not later than one week after communication of this order to the Tribunal.

The Tribunal shall act on the written communication of this order by the learned advocate for the petitioner, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy.

There will be no order as to costs.
