I direct the District Inspector of Schools to hold a hearing with the school and the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and after hearing, pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter. The hearing should not be held for more than three days within these six weeks time as has been granted. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks from the date of passing the reasoned order.

With the above observation and direction, the matter is disposed of.
