Mr. Dilip Kumar Maiti .....for the Petitioner Mr. Biswabata Basu Mallick, Mr. Sayan Ganguly .....for the State The petitioner, being an unmarried daughter of the deceased school teacher, prays for family pension and has made submission in this respect before this Court. However, Learned Advocate for the State, Mr. Basu Mallick, has indicated from page 11 of the said writ application that certain steps are to be taken with documents by the petitioner and the application with those documents are to be made to the school first then the ball will start rolling.

No such steps have been taken by the petitioner. I direct the petitioner to take such steps following page 11 of the writ application which is a memo dated April 13, 2010.

This matter is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take steps as has been indicated above. ( Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
