Affidavit-of-compliance has been filed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor/respondent No. 3 wherein it appears that by order dated March 17, 2022, the Authority concerned has directed for self demolition.

In the light of the order, no contempt lies against the order dated March 12, 2020.

Parties are at liberty to approach before the appropriate Court for any new cause of action, if arises. In the light of the same the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt rule is discharged. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
