Learned advocate also submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges.

Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that the investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act are attracted and the fact that the investigation of the case is still in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.
