2. Apparently, the missing person is a minor.

3. Missing person was recovered.

4. Missing person recorded a statement under Section 183 of the BNSS where, she stated that she went away voluntarily with a person.

5. Court is informed that the missing person is presently at a home.

6. No further order need be passed in the present habeas corpus writ petition since, the missing person was recovered.

7. WPA(H)/49/2026 is accordingly disposed of.

8. This order will not prevent the writ petitioner from taking appropriate steps so far as the custody of the missing person is concerned.
