The same is declined.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State and the private respondents that interim orders have been passed in T.S. No. 547 of 2020, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) at Howrah.

In those circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner is before a Civil Court.

This Court does not find any impropriety on the part of the police.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The instructions of the Jagacha Police Station dated 28.11.2022, addressed to the learned State Advocate, is taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
