In Re: CPAN 522 of 2021 Counsel for the petitioner submits that since physical hearing has already been commenced before the learned 15th A.D.J, Alipore, the order of which contempt is alleged is of no use to the petitioner. This Court notes with anguish that the State has been rather slow in the matter.

In view of the above and since principal grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, CPAN 522 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

In Re: W.P.A. No. 10624 of 2021 In view of the fact that the physical hearing has commenced in the Court below, the writ petition has since become infructuous and the same is disposed of without any further order.
